Our client is seeking a Junior Trust and Company Administrator. This position gives the right person an excellent opportunity to progress and achieve a professional qualification, whilst gaining a wealth of experience across the varied services of their business.

The Role...

You will assist with a portfolio of clients to ensure they receive a high standard of services at all times, along with:

Occasional adhoc fiduciary services assignments

Telephone and Reception cover as and when needed

Be responsible for the preparation of annual returns, including; sign off, filing of and forwarding to administrators and clients

Update clients\' banking records on a regular basis and reconcile clients\' bank statements

Arrange telegraphic transfer instructions when advised to do so bearing in mind at all times the relevant AML criteria and procedures

Ensure clients\' statutory records and minute books are properly maintained and that all appropriate filings including tax are made at the appropriate time

Update database timeously with any statutory changes to client records.

About you...

What you will need, to be a success:

Hold a minimum of 2 A’levels

Be computer literate with good interpersonal skills

Prior office experience is an advantage

Diligent and hard working with a willingness to learn

A strong communicator with good organisational skills

Excellent attention to detail
