Working for a busy Hygiene and Catering company on the outskirts of Douglas, you will be responsible for
Answering incoming calls
Reception duties
Performing administrative tasks for the team
Dealing with customers/clients on a face to face basis
Calling clients to take orders on behalf of the sales team (occasionally)

Along with having a friendly and welcoming personality, you must have
Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
Previous office administration experience
Ability to deal with customers in a professional manner

Handle complaint resolution within defined regulatory requirements and contribute to the identification of trends and preventative measures needed, through root cause analysis
Achieve targets to maintain productivity quality and service standards
Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
Promote positive customer/distributor perceptions continuously developing relationships aligned to Values
Maintain appropriate level of functional and technical expertise, including knowledge of products procedures, service, system and frameworks
Ensures that all technical knowledge and skills are recorded, accessible and accurately maintained

Previous customer service experience from any industry background
Cope and manage varying workloads and pressures
Good listening skills to clearly and accurately relay messages to processing
Accurately hand off technical telephone queries to appropriate person/area
Excellent soft skills to build a rapport and create a positive customer experience
