The Role…
As a Senior Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Managing strong client relationships, acting as a dedicated point of contact and providing tailored solutions to their day-to-day administration needs
Handling the incorporation of new companies, selling companies to clients, and managing transfers and liquidations
Collaborating with various stakeholders and divisions across the Group to support client requirements and developments
Administering companies within your team's portfolio, ensuring compliance and corporate governance
Liaising with clients and internal departments to facilitate compliance processes
About You…
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Administrative and organisational prowess, with a foundational understanding of company and client administration, including statutory, company secretarial, and regulatory matters
The advantage of holding an ICSA certificate or STEP qualification, or a strong willingness to obtain such qualifications
Prior experience in a corporate service provider environment or a similar client-facing role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A good grasp of general compliance procedures
Proficiency in IT, including Word, Excel, and company administration software
A commitment to continuous professional development
Language skills would be a plus but are not essential
