We have a new opportunity to join an established provider of independent corporate and fiduciary services, on a permanent basis. As a Senior Client Administrator, you will provide trust and company administration services, including progressive client contact in a professional manner and in accordance with the strategic plan, regulatory requirements, service levels and company standards to meet client expectations.

The Role...
Your core responsibilities will include
Dealing accurately with all issues and administration related tasks for a portfolio containing some complex client structures, receiving, and handling efficiently all communications
Administering an allocated caseload of more medium and high risk clients, competently and autonomously with limited support of other team members
Managing, supervising, training, and developing junior members of staff and oversee their work. Motivate, encourage, and appraise junior members of staff in order that the overall service provided meets with the needs of both clients and the business

About You...
You will need
Strong technical TCSP knowledge
Fully or part-qualified ICSA / STEP
Strong organisation and control of workflow ability for self and team
Ability to take responsibility, good level of judgement and logical approach to problem solving
