We’re looking for a Senior Trust Officer to join our client, an international trust and company service provider on a permanent basis. You’ll provide support to the team leader in administering a portfolio of clients whilst adhering to client service standards. You’ll also meet monthly financial objectives and KPIs.
The Role...
The successful applicant will administer a portfolio of more complex/higher value accounts. You will:
Liaise directly with clients and professional advisers in relation to ‘business as usual’ administration matters including drafting and issuing routine correspondence and e-mails without prior approval
Support with matters such as complex or unusual transaction requests, fee issues, service complaints etc.
Assist the team leader in meeting KPI targets by the timely clearance of action points and activities on NAV
About You...
We’re searching for someone who can bring a range of skills and experiences to enhance the team, as such you must have:
Proven experience within the CSP industry
Holds (or studying towards) relevant qualification e.g. STEP

Deal accurately with all issues and administration related tasks for a portfolio containing some complex structures, receiving, and handling efficiently all communications
Administering an allocated caseload of clients, competently and autonomously with limited support of other team members
Responsibility for all aspects of day to day Trust administration for a portfolio of clients
Direct client and intermediary contact (written and verbal)
Maintenance of Trust Accounts
Production of Minutes
About You...
You will have proven experience in a similar role, alongside:
Be FSA approved to be a director on client companies
Strong technical TCSP knowledge
Fully or part-qualified ICSA / STEP
Strong organisation and control of workflow ability for self and team
Ability to take responsibility, good level of judgement and logical approach to problem solving

Ensuring there are effective controls on access management, whist maintaining roles and access on systems and applications
Ensuring the business are clear and prepared on what they are receiving for all aspects of the change delivery
Facilitate the development of procedures to support new functionality / process changes and training material
Maintain up to date information on all Incident, Service Requests and Problem Tickets
Contribute to test strategy, scenarios, and tests
Deputise and stand-in for Change / Business Readiness Manager as required
