Job Description

Our client is looking for a new Team Leader within their Client Services Team. In this role, you’ll lead a team, taking overall responsibility for the day to day management of workloads providing technical guidance, mentoring, support, and training to the staff.

The Role...

Core duties include

Managing a team of administrators to include: supervision and motivation of the team; checking and approval of their team’s output; coaching and assisting with the development and training of the team
Playing an active role in managing the Team’s revenue targets including timely cash collection and utilisation and provides regular reporting to Relationship Overseer
Taking responsibility for the management and achievement of the Team’s KPIs ensuring timely clearance of action points, workflows, closings etc.

About You...

You will need:

Detailed understanding of all aspects of client administration
A relevant professional qualification (STEP, CGI) with prior experience in the Trust and CSP industry
Experience in managing and training a team, is essential
