Client Service Administrator required to join a corporate service provider to ensure that the day to day administration of client structures is completed in a timely manner in line with Customer Service procedures.
The Role...
Work with the team to perform the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of trust and company structures, including but not limited to the Investment Oversight, Client Risk Assessment, Economic Substance and Client Due Diligence workflows
Provide payment processing support for the team trust and company structures as required
Work with the team to action client requests and queries in an efficient and professional manner including but not limited to loans payments and repayments, distributions, information requests, restructuring, asset sales and purchases
Prepare Company Secretary forms and minutes for entities within the portfolio and complete relevant documentation
Meet chargeable time requirements
About you...
Previous experience in Trust & Corporate Administration
Understanding of the statutory and regulatory requirements, and best practice, for the administration of client entities from the Isle of Man
Relevant professional qualification or ability and commitment to work towards an approved relevant professional qualification; alternatively an employee may be qualified by experience
