We’re looking for an experienced HR administrator to join our client, a global egaming company, on a permanent basis.
The Role…
You will support the delivery of a world class professional HR service to the business, driving and embedding the culture and values of the business. You’ll consistently provide efficient, effective and engage the complete employee lifecycle. You will:
Develop and maintain an effective and trusted partnership with the business
Advise and support managers on operational people matters such as discipline, grievance and performance management, recommending and supporting with appropriate people interventions
Contribute to talent management to ensure development of talent, identifying development needs and working to coordinate/meet these needs
Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle including all recruitment and onboarding administration
Proactively review and identify ways of improving practices and procedures within the team to maintain and enhance a first-class HR service to the businesses
About You…
You will have previous experience within a similar role, and:
Strong track record in delivering HR administration and providing advisory services
Experience delivering recruitment including advertising and interviewing
A relevant professional qualification

Senior HR Advisor required to work closely with the HR Manager of an Independent global provider of bespoke fund, corporate and private wealth organisation to support the delivery of the People strategy.
The Role...
Provide HR advice, support and guidance on a wide number of HR activities to stakeholders, HR peers and the wider business to meet business needs
Support the recruitment process where needed
Manage escalated ER cases from HR Advisors and Senior HR Advisors
Proactively coach Managers on the approach to absence management and the tools to deal with long term/persistent absences
Process the monthly payroll and associated compensation changes
Support the administration and management of benefits and rewards package
Develop our HR system and create efficiencies on current HR processes and procedures
Be accountable for ensuring that all HR activities are delivered on time and to a high standard for capability which you provide support;
Provide guidance and support to the HR Advisors in the team
Support the HR manager in delivering operational excellence

Good understanding and working knowledge of HR systems
Knowledge of current employment law and current thinking in HR issues and trends
Be a logical thinker with an organised approach to your work
Ability to effectively communicate and build strong working relationships at all levels
Have a proven ability to work to deadlines and work with minimal supervision
Have excellent people management skills and a strength and passion for developing others

The team operate 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 6pm on Saturdays, also some public holiday cover will be required, duties include
Provide first line of customer support, answering calls and online enquiries
Providing support and advice on technical and general customer queries
Provide general support for products and services including but not limited to Sales, Service, Provisioning, Billing, Payments, Faults, Assistance, Conference Bureau and Mobile help desk
Various administration tasks
Customer registrations
Data input
Maintenance of customer data in internal systems, reporting and additional activities as required

The successful candidate will have excellent telephone manner and listening skills and experience of Customer Service, along with
Excellent customer focus, empathy and experience of working in a customer facing role
Must have strong technical knowledge to support broadband, mobile and home phone problem solving

Willing to work outside normal working hours to provide customer focused support shifts
