We’re currently working on an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our client, a leading international provider of corporate, trust, tax, accounting and fund administration services.

The Role...

This is a varied and challenging role where you will support with generalist HR, including employee relations, recruitment, engagement, performance management and data recording. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of project initiatives. You will have the opportunity to:

Liaise with directors and line managers on the identification and resolution of HR issues

Be the first point of contact for people issues for managers and employees

Respond to queries on benefits and payroll

Assist with all HR operational activities relating to the office

Liaise with senior HR team for support and advice on specialist disciplines

Assist in the day to day administration of a busy HR function

Maintain HR records, manage HR documents (e.g. employment records, onboarding) and updating the central database

About You...

You will be an enthusiastic individual with experience working in a similar business or role, and:

Holds, or working towards CIPD Level 3

Good working knowledge of the IOM employment laws & HR best practice

Strong attention to detail

Good relationship management and the ability to build strong relationships wit internal and external stakeholders
