We’re looking for an exceptional individual to join our Paragon Team as a Recruiter, supporting the individuals and businesses we work with - from first role through to executive appointments, in temporary and permanent employment.
The Person...
With prior recruitment experience or similar transferable capabilities, you’ll understand the Isle of Man jobs market and be ready to deliver at the highest level for multi-sector employers, from SMEs to national accounts, preferred supply and master vendor arrangements - or be ready to take the step up to this challenge with support and training from the Paragon Team.
Ideally experienced in interviewing and selection techniques, you’ll hold a responsible, caring and ethical approach to assisting individuals with their onward career steps.
For the organisations we support, you’ll work as part of our team, delivering consistent results in a competitive international climate.
Working in partnership with key clients, you’ll consult in a creative, knowledgeable and effective manner, in the identification, attraction and retention of talent to outstanding service levels.
For the individuals we assist, you’ll work confidentially, passionately, empathetically and transparently to identify and create opportunities utilising sector knowledge, contacts and teamwork, dedicated to providing a fantastic service and going the extra mile as standard in everything you do.

This role is a full time, permanent position, working from our Douglas based office, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm.
