Job Description

Senior HR Advisor required to work closely with the HR Manager of an Independent global provider of bespoke fund, corporate and private wealth organisation to support the delivery of the People strategy.

The Role...

Provide HR advice, support and guidance on a wide number of HR activities to stakeholders, HR peers and the wider business to meet business needs
Support the recruitment process where needed
Manage escalated ER cases from HR Advisors and Senior HR Advisors
Proactively coach Managers on the approach to absence management and the tools to deal with long term/persistent absences
Process the monthly payroll and associated compensation changes
Support the administration and management of benefits and rewards package
Develop our HR system and create efficiencies on current HR processes and procedures
Be accountable for ensuring that all HR activities are delivered on time and to a high standard for capability which you provide support;
Provide guidance and support to the HR Advisors in the team
Support the HR manager in delivering operational excellence

About You...
Good understanding and working knowledge of HR systems
Knowledge of current employment law and current thinking in HR issues and trends
Be a logical thinker with an organised approach to your work
Ability to effectively communicate and build strong working relationships at all levels
Have a proven ability to work to deadlines and work with minimal supervision
Have excellent people management skills and a strength and passion for developing others
