Job Description

Information Security Manager (Gaming) required to join a global gaming client with responsibility for aligning security initiatives with enterprise programs and business objectives, ensuring that information assets and technologies are adequately protected. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team looking at new technologies around automation and cloud to improve capabilities to meet various business objectives.

The Role…

Coordinating the establishment, implementation, maintenance, performance reporting, and improvement of our approach to security

Advising on information security risk assessment and treatment

Designing information security processes and systems

Setting standards concerning determination, configuration, and operation of information security

Controls and management information security incidents.

Contact with specialist interest groups and Information security specialist forums below must be maintained e.g., Microsoft, and ISO

Developing, implementing, and maintaining the company security policy, standards, and technical standards. This includes an annual review of the security policy and standards.

Communicating the company security requirements with HR’s assistance to the general user population.

Developing, identifying, and documenting technical security controls for technologies deployed by the company.

Monitoring compliance and enforcement of the company security policy.

Managing and investigating any security incidents or violations of the company.

Regularly reporting to management on the status of security.

Management and timely submissions on security and third party scans to various regulatory bodies. ensuring information security policy and information security objectives are established and are compatible with the strategic direction of the organization;
Ensuring that a Cybersecurity Risk Management Program (CRMP) is established and maintained;
Ensuring the integration of the information security management system requirements into the organization’s processes;
Ensuring that the resources needed for the information security management system are available;
Communicating the importance of effective information security management and of conforming to the information security management system requirements;
Ensuring that the information security management system achieves its intended outcome(s);
Directing and supporting persons to contribute to the effectiveness of the information security management system;

About you…
Extensive experience of working within an IT support environment in a global gaming environment
Professional Information Security membership and certification (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP)
Thorough understanding of standards compliance processes (specifically ISO27001 and SOX)
Experience implementing Splunk in the security environment
Good understanding of the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Good understanding of UK & US government information technology frameworks and systems in information management, security, and risk strategies
Act as a single point of contact in the development, delivery, and oversight of an effective Information Security Management System across the business
Detailed experience of the management of information security issues and incidents
Knowledge and experience using Juniper Big IP load balancers
Knowledge with MFA and management of digital certificates
Identity management and access platforms, CyberArk
Microsoft endpoint management
Experience securing cloud and office 365 domains
Knowledge of programming skills are preferred (e.g. knowledge of C++, PHP languages)
Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g. NIST Cybersecurity framework) and risk management methodologies
Knowledge of patch management, firewalls and intrusion detection/prevention systems (e.g. Checkpoint)
Familiarity with public key infrastructure (PKI) and cryptographic protocols (e.g. SSL/ TLS)
Implementation of standards in accordance with agreed business requirements.
Strong IT skills and knowledge including hardware, software, and networks.
Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of IT systems.
Proven experience as a Computer Security Specialist
A strong working knowledge of Information and Security best practice
A broad technical appreciation of modern IT architecture and design
