The Role...

As a key member of the Technology Team, you will take charge of delivering crucial projects to the business and working with core 3rd parties. Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within our Project Framework
Managing and overcoming dependencies and barriers to service delivery to maintain a consistent cadence
Coaching and empowering the team to excel, promoting a safe and open work environment
Resource planning and progress reporting to achieve project goals
Improving project management processes for enhanced efficiency and success

About You...

To thrive in this role, you should bring the following skills and qualifications

Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trust and motivate the team
Experience in coaching and guiding people through organizational changes
Excellent problem-solving and self-management abilities
Articulate and credible in delivering accurate project status updates
Ideally, experience in digital software projects and a relevant Project Management or Service Management qualification
