The Role

You will be responsible for:

Supporting and implementing solutions based around communication, collaboration and networking systems, predominantly Cisco & Mitel
Working with a wider team of customer focused professionals who are committed to delivering excellent solutions and in life customer experience
Demonstrating strong technical competence through engaging in technology decision making discussions

About You…

Applicants must hold a qualification in any of the following: Mitel Certified Associate – Communications (MiVoice Business)/ Mitel Certified Associate – Unified Communications and Collaboration/ Cisco Certified Networking Associate, and:

You will have a strong understanding of telecommunications and be able to demonstrate extensive product knowledge covering Cisco, Mitel, VM, Application and other industry standard solutions.
Develop strong customer relationships and be able to produce high levels of accuracy within their work
Previous experience within a similar position, ideally within a telecommunications environment
