We have a brilliant opportunity to join a global Banking Company as a Consultant / Service Desk Support. The individual should be equipped with an aptitude for working with applications/systems to undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of IT related problems, which may range from straightforward to more complicated technical issues.


The Role...

The Service Desk Support Consultant will provide first and second line technical support to internal staff.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Implement improvement of service

To contribute towards First Area Resolution for unresolved queries

Facilitate incidents reported via alternate means of contact to report IT incidents as well as manage incidents within the Group IT Service Desk queue

Provide optimal IT support in order to facilitate employees with their technology requirements

About You...

You will need:

Prove prior experience within a similar role

Qualifications within IT is advantageous

Ability to diagnose and analyse problems and take appropriate immediate action to resolve

Ability to provide optimal IT support to departments
