We are seeking a System Support Analyst to provide Application Support for internal & external customers. Working as part of a small team, you will primarily be focused on delivering an exceptional standard of support and problem resolution services to our customers. The Role...
Provide 1st line support on all tickets raised through the Customer Service Desk
Create, own and maintain documented procedures to aid System Support Team functions/responsibilities
Escalates unresolved incidents
Facilitates recovery, following resolution of incidents
Document and closes resolved incidents according to agreed procedures
Perform batch operations on our core applications

About you...

Minimum of 1 years' experience of working within an IT customer services environment
Experience of working in an International Life Assurance organisation or similar financial services organisation within a customer support capacity
Basic SQL Skills
Proficient in the use of the Jira Suite of Software, including Support Desk and Confluence
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
Analytical Thinking
Good problem solving skills in order to resolve incidents quickly and effectively
