The Role…

As an Administrative Assistant, you will respond swiftly and effectively to member, bank, and solicitor questions. And your main responsibilities will include:

Prepare new vessels for entry and manage documentation
Prepare Mortgage documentation
Build and maintain relationships with members, banks, and solicitors
Work collaboratively with the Compliance Department to ensure due diligence is up to date

About You…

To excel in this role, you'll have excellent customer service skills and hold the following skills and experience:

Proven experience in an office-based role
The ability to work seamlessly in a small team
Strong IT skills
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Insurance experience is desirable but not essential
Self-motivation and excellent attention to detail
