The Role...

As a Captive - Senior Insurance Manager, you will:

Lead client engagements, taking full responsibility for service delivery
Identify and address client service requirements, ensuring high standards are met
Manage insurance renewals and underwrite new coverage when needed
Prioritise and meet client objectives

Previous experience within the same role within the captive industry

Have a background in insurance, actuarial, or accounting sectors
Hold professional qualifications with relevant experience in captive or risk management
Demonstrate a track record of proactively leading client engagements and associated projects
Possess a keen eye for detail and accuracy

The main duties for the role holder will include:

Processing instructions received from intermediaries to amend their agency details; for example – change of contact details, change of ownership, structure or directors and amendments to bank account details.
Investigating commission and investment adviser fee queries
Administering new suitable certifier applications
Dealing with enquiries by email and telephone from the Sales Team and intermediaries
Setting up online access for Agencies and answering online queries

About You...

You should ideally have the following skills and experience:

An awareness of the Insurance (Anti-Money Laundering) Regulations 2008 and knowledge of Customer Due Diligence requirements
Have good organisation skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Ability to deliver accuracy and quality performance
To be able to work independently with minimal supervision within agreed objectives
