Job Description

Captives Senior Account Manager with a focus on business development is required to join the Isle of Mans largest captive provider. Interesting new opportunity to be a fundamental part of the business driving further success. Working within the existing team and alongside the Managing Director on new business opportunities.

The Role...
Be the point of contact for new client enquiries
Lead the proof of concept work and on boarding / authorisation of new insurance clients;
When required preparation of client Board packs and presentation of Board papers
Responding to stakeholder queries (inclusive of client, IOMFSA, audit and internal stakeholders);
Coordination of all internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely client service;
Participation in client and group related project work as required;
Develop a strong understanding of the client’s business and its needs;
Develop strong working relationship with new and existing clients
Build a network of internal and external contacts to assist in the service of clients

About you…
Extensive experience of managing a wide ranging portfolio of captive clients
Able to demonstrate networking and relationship management skills
Highly organised with strong administrative qualities and high standards of accuracy
Demonstrable knowledge of insurance and the Isle of Man insurance sector
Experienced in proof of concept work
Strong communicator both internally and externally
Confident in working with external clients;
Able to demonstrate team focus
Able to demonstrate networking and relationship management skills
