Job Description

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join an International Life Assurance provider on a permanent basis.

The Role...

You will be actively engaged in the processing of customer and advisor requests. You will demonstrate a proactive and positive desire to deliver the best possible customer experience for customers throughout their journey. You will resolve a wide range a queries from both the Isle of Man and Dublin office amongst other tasks. You will:

Identify, understand and collate customer needs, requirements and feedback
Build working relationships by cooperating with and supporting colleagues
Proactively take ownership for self-development and demonstrate the desire
Achieve an average quality score of 90%

About You…

You will demonstrate enthusiasm and a positive approach to your working performance and:

Be open and able to adapt to change
Be articulate and possess excellent communication skills
Be a strong team player who is able to work with limited supervision
Minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Mathematics
