Job Description

We’re looking for a dedicated compliance professional to join our client on a permanent basis. Joining as Head of Compliance/MLRO/DPO applicants should have an ICA qualification and management level experience.

The Role...

You will monitor compliance adhering to the Rulebook and any other applicable requirements, and:

Write quarterly monitoring reports for the board, and provision of other compliance reporting information
Write MLRO Board reports
Write and prepare the AML/CFT risk assessment
Implementation of procedural changes as a result of regulatory change
Risk reviews and client onboarding including the approval of due diligence and client checks

About You...

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop a small team, alongside:

Excellent management experience within a compliance function
Compliance knowledge across the board
Previous experience within a similar role

In depth knowledge of the collective investment schemes act 2008; the Isle of Man Rulebook; AML/CFT Handbook and AML/CFT Code

Compliance officer required on a permanent basis to join a global wealth management organisation , you will work closely with the compliance team to assist in a variety of administration and compliance tasks.

The Role...
Provide the group with an independent, objective compliance service as part of the group’s systems to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligation
Assist with production of information for compliance reports as required by the Compliance Manager
provide guidance on the proper application and implementation of relevant laws, regulations and internal procedures for junior member of the team
Advise the Compliance Manager of significant matters, concerns or breaches of laws or regulations

About you...
Compliance experience, especially in a TCSP, fund or professional services environment
