The Role…

As a Litigation Lawyer, you will play a critical role in our Litigation Team, advising both companies and individuals on a range of legal matters. Your responsibilities will include:

Handling commercial, civil, and regulatory cases
Providing legal counsel on personal injury and medical negligence cases
Assisting with trusts, insolvency, and employment disputes
Collaborating effectively within a team
Demonstrating the ability to work independently, whether in the office or remotely

About You…

To excel in this role, you should possess:

Qualification as an advocate, barrister, or solicitor with proven experience
A willingness to re-qualify as a Manx advocate if not already qualified
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
The capacity to work independently, with the flexibility to work both in-office and remotely

Strong knowledge of eGaming regulatory and compliance requirements
The ability to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our client as a Due Diligence Analyst. This role is within a newly established Due Diligence team who will be focussed on completing client periodic and trigger reviews.

The Role...

Core responsibilities including:

Ensuring adequate due diligence, including enhanced due diligence has been completed so that Standard Bank Offshore fulfils its compliance obligations

Undertaking client risk assessments, ensuring that clients are correctly classified per compliance requirements

Acting as a point of contact within the business in respect of account queries such as Source of Funds documentation

About You...

You will need:

An AML or compliance related qualification is advantageous
