We have a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join our client as a Payments Administrator. This role has responsibility for the payment process of the company and its clients, ensuring that transactions are processed accurately and timely.

The Role...

Core responsibilities including:

Maintaining banking data on systems and assist in monitoring and reporting of banking and payments

Maintaining strong working relationships with banks, business partners and colleagues across the business, be able to communicate effectively on payment processes both verbally and in writing

Assisting with compliance matters in relation to banking and payments, managing risks, mitigating appropriately, and escalating where necessary

About You...

You will need:

Payment processing experience is highly desirable, however if you have strong attention to detail, please don’t let this put you off.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels, particularly on the payments process

A working knowledge of banking systems is preferred
