The Role...
Core responsibilities including:
Maintaining banking data on systems and assist in monitoring and reporting of banking and payments
Maintaining strong working relationships with banks, business partners and colleagues across the business, be able to communicate effectively on payment processes both verbally and in writing
Assisting with compliance matters in relation to banking and payments, managing risks, mitigating appropriately, and escalating where necessary
About You...
You will need:
Payment processing experience is highly desirable, however if you have strong attention to detail, please don’t let this put you off.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels, particularly on the payments process
A working knowledge of banking systems is preferred

Carry out the company secretarial tasks for a portfolio of fund and company clients, including but not limited to all statutory duties
Support the clients in their general administration and management as required, including shareholder servicing, stock exchange operations, contract administration and board meetings
Assist with the opening and operation of bank accounts of fund and company clients
Assistance and fulfilment of CRS/FATCA obligation, economic substance rules etc
Ensure compliance with applicable codes in legislation, in particular but not limited to customer due diligence, in accordance with the ALM/CFT rules and the completion of risk assessments
About You...
You will have strong working knowledge and understanding of fund administration, private and listed company administration, corporate structures and governance processes and procedures, as well as:
Working knowledge of all statutory related operating systems to be used by the company
Working knowledge of stock exchange listing rules, and corporate governance codes
Previous experience within a similar role
Understanding of data protection
