The Role…

As a Senior eGaming Compliance Officer, you will be at the forefront of managing and delivering eGaming compliance and regulatory aspects for a diverse group of clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Acting as a compliance officer and MLRO for client e-Gaming companies, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and compliance with the required standards
Efficiently handling internal, financial, compliance, and HR tasks with precision and timeliness
Supervising, managing, and mentoring a team of junior compliance administrators
Assisting in maintaining exceptional stakeholder and Regulator relationships

About You…

To thrive in this role, you should have:

Proven experience in the TCSP industry and in an eGaming compliance role
A comprehensive understanding of the compliance officer/MLRO roles for IOM GSC regulated eGaming entities
A relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong knowledge of eGaming regulatory and compliance requirements
The ability to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team
