Job Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Relationship Manager on behalf of our client. This role will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.

The Role…

As the Customer Service Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for:

Building and maintaining relationships with key clients
Delivering excellent customer service
Customer retention and upselling
Understand and resolve customer queries and complaints in an efficient manner
Accurate record keeping or customers records

Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

The Role...
Working alongside fellow affiliate specialists, you will be responsible for engaging new and existing affiliates, supporting on boarding, and strengthening relationships. You will:
Utilise a variety of channels to engage with new affiliates and manage existing
