Come up with ideas for weekly publications on topics of interest

Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents

Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts

Write marketing literature to augment the company’s presence in the market

Edit and proofread incoming work before being signed off and delivered to clients

Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information

General office duties

About you...

University graduate (or equivalent experience or degree)

Demonstrable ability to multi-task, work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines

Organised individual with great attention to detail.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Engage with clients through multiple channels including online applications, direct phone, refer a friend schemes or other campaign initiatives

Sell assigned products to the target customers in a professional manner and document and record all sales activities

Understand and utilise all sales tools and resources and follow relevant procedures to ensure that operational efficiency is maintained and risk to the Bank is minimised

About You...

Previous experience in International Personal Banking
