As the Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to transform the landscape of marketing and PR. Your key responsibilities include:

Crafting a compelling brand development and strategy
Spearheading content marketing efforts
Masterminding organic and paid social media strategies across multiple channels
Navigating the world of website and SEO optimisation
Using your copywriting expertise to captivate our audience
Developing and implementing effective communication strategies
Elevating our CRM capabilities for direct engagement and brand sentiment
Coordinating content creation for press releases, articles, blog entries, and internal communications
Leveraging passive advertising and employee engagement tools to enhance our employee experience, attraction, and retention
Translating strategy into powerful, meaningful messages
Setting and achieving ambitious targets for brand recognition, market positioning, and marketing optimisations
Managing a marketing budget that drives our business objectives
Preparing, updating, and sharing key messages and related materials
Local PR and media relations development and implementation
Fostering positive engagement with internal audiences and promoting a culture of information sharing
Collaborating with in-house resources to drive our customers' marketing efforts forward
Ensuring seamless customer experience and account management, including contracts, reporting, billing, and commercial sensibility
Onboarding and managing agency relationships
Contributing to CSR and ESG strategies in partnership with others to support our company and customer objectives
