Job Description

Our client, based in the north of the island, is currently seeking an individual to administer payroll for clients in multiple jurisdictions.

The Role...

You will be processing applications to set up new employees, alongside:

Updating records with relevant tax authorities
Entering timesheets
Sending payroll approval files to clients
Entering pension contributions to various pension providers
Handling payroll related queries from clients and employees via telephone and email
Developing and maintaining key internal and external business relationships

About You...
You will have the ability to work under pressure to tight timescales, whilst maintaining a high quality of work and will hold the following skills:
Clear thinker with the ability to pay attention to detail
Flexible approach to work – ability to change priorities/duties quickly when requested
Confident, friendly, enthusiastic and professional manner
Strong numerical skills with an analytical mind
