As an Executive Assistant, you will be a pivotal support figure for the Group Chief Risk Officer and the entire Group Risk, Legal & Compliance Team. This role requires the highest standards of discretion, duties will include:
Efficiently managing diaries, arranging meetings (both internal and external), coordinating conference attendance, and ensuring timely availability of pertinent information and documents
Handling travel logistics, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, visas, and creation of detailed itineraries
Managing incoming and outgoing communications, with a focus on monitoring the Group Chief Risk Officer's inbox and facilitating leave/absence records for the team
Assisting in drafting correspondence, reports, presentations, minutes, and other documents
