This is an exciting appointment for a self-motivated and highly organised individual to provide personal and business support to the Group CEO and senior leaders of a respected international pensions group. The business operates across a number of international regulated jurisdictions including the Isle of Man, providing the opportunity to develop your insight, industry expertise and impact in an innovative, award winning and supportive environment.
Working from Douglas office, you will support the Group CEO, wider businesses and additional senior leaders as required, both remotely and face-to-face, pro-actively delivering administrative solutions and organisational support.
The role will include...
Administration and marketing support
PA responsibilities, including taking minutes of meetings
Diary scheduling and management
Booking and active monitoring of travel
Hands on and varied project management
Marketing research and support, to include presentation preparation and editing
Key Skills Required...
Strong communication and organisational skills
The ability to work independently and to self-motivate
Technically proficient in Word/Excel/PowerPoint
Canva familiarity to support the marketing team (or the ability to learn)
Experienced in exceptional business service delivery
Confident and capable in anticipating business requirements
