Our client, a global leader in corporate and fiduciary services, fund administration and capital markets, is looking for a senior trust & company administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Role...
The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and efficient administration of a varied portfolio of entities, including asset leading companies, holding companies and various trust structures. Daily duties will include:
Ensure any corporate risk is minimised and all structures remain compliant with established policies and procedures and relevant legislation
Deliver exceptional services within agreed service levels and budgets
Display a methodical approach to complex administration and manage the high volume client workload
Attend to clients day to day needs in a timely professional manner and maintain knowledge and control over assets and activities of entities administered by the company
About You...
Candidate’s must hold, or be prepared to work towards a professional qualification i.e., ICSA, STEP, alongside:
Broad knowledge of trust and administration and company administration, with some investment knowledge
Have sound teambuilding and organisational skills
Strong IT skills
Demonstrate the ability to deal effectively and courteously with clients and colleagues – exercise discretion and confidentiality at all times
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Proven experience within a trust and company administrator position

We are looking for a keen and ambitious individual with an interest in debt management, to join our client’s finance team on a permanent basis. As debt management coordinator you will be responsible for managing and controlling the group’s global debt book.
The Role...
The successful candidate will be exposed to all areas of finance across the group, with the opportunity to build strong relationships with client managers and colleagues across all offices. You will:
Control and manage the global debt book, covering IOM, Hong Kong, Jersey, Malta, Luxembourg, Bahamas, Cayman and Switzerland
Hold monthly meetings with head of departments
Set monthly debt provisions across the group along with settling of monthly manager cash collection targets
Chase outstanding debt
Monthly review of group aged debt and report on aged debt, recoverability and provisioning to group finance
Involvement in client cash reviews
About You...
The successful candidate will ideally have strong experience in a financial background, ideally within corporate services, and:
A background in debt management would be advantageous
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven working knowledge of excel and Microsoft dynamics NAV
Excellent team working skills and the ability to work confidently on your own initiative
Proven experience within a similar position
