A number of our recruiters and admin team spent a morning with Isle Listen this week, undertaking their course ‘Vulnerable Customers Awareness Training’.
Developing their knowledge, skills and toolkit to help identify customers who may be vulnerable, we learned how to access signposting options, and to effectively provide support as needed.
