Emma is a true recruitment administration professional, having worked within the industry on the Isle of Man since 2005, and as an integral member of our Paragon team since 2008. Emma’s prowess across all recruitment administration functions is surpassed only by the sheer magnificence of her powerful renditions of ‘hey big spender’, at every opportunity.

What did you want to be when you were younger? A pop star or nurse
What is your favourite movie? This is a difficult question as I have lots of favourites in different genres. I love musical films the most. As a youngster I watched Grease a lot and wanted to be Sandy
Where will you be found outside of work? These days I'll be at the gym/classes, power walking with friends or hanging out with my two boys
Do you have any party tricks/talents? In my younger days I always loved to do the caterpillar at parties. My favourite thing to do is sing. Whilst it's not a talent it's definitely a massive passion. I sing everywhere to the annoyance of a lot of people. I live a tuneful (or tuneless depending who you speak to) life

Best thing about working for Paragon? I've been at Paragon for nearly 15 years and I have always just loved my job and helping others. Whether it's helping candidates, clients or my work colleagues. We have a really great team which is always a bonus
