Up this week is Saoirse (that’s pronounced Seer-sher!).  Saoirse is a multi-sector Recruiter, supporting Paragon’s job seekers across our Temporary, Contract and Permanent work divisions.  

Hugely passionate about graduate recruitment and attracting key talent back to career defining roles in the Isle of Man, Saoirse’s enthusiasm in finding the right candidate ‘fit’ is as dedicated as her unwavering ability to cold water dip in the Irish sea!

What did you want to be when you were younger?

An actor

What is your favourite movie?

So many to choose from! But I think my top pick would be Room directed by Lenny Abrahamson or Reservoir Dogs directed by Tarantino

 Where will you be found outside of work?

Day to day, most likely with friends. But I love getting off island to see new places and see friends/family

Unfortunately not, probably just embarrassing dance moves

 Best thing about working for Paragon?

After moving back from London, I didn’t have a clue what I wanted to do, and I originally came to Paragon for advice.

Now working here, I think there are a few best things. I would say the help and support both personally and professional, how warm and welcoming the entire team has been, and I think most importantly how valued I have felt as a staff member with my opinions and ideas being taken seriously.
