Up this week is our Associate Director, Lucie Dolman!

 

An integral part of our senior management team, Lucie delivers business, candidate and client solutions whilst overseeing our team, day-to-day operations and managing our busy temporary workforce - simultaneously throwing in employment legislation and the odd cartwheel!

What did you want to be when you were younger? 

I wanted to be an airport manager, I undertook work experience at London City Airport, but decided that the shift work probably wasn't for me! 

What is your favourite movie? 

I have an eclectic taste and no firm favourites, old musicals (think Calamity Jane), some 80's and 90's classics (Dirty Dancing, Rocky, Ghost, Top Gun, Titanic) - some real cheese in there!  Romcoms and those movies that make you think or the good old tear-jerkers, there's just too many to mention!
 
Where will you be found outside of work?

Usually chasing after my 5-year-old.

Early riser or night owl?

Thanks to said 5 year old, early riser!
 
Do you have any party tricks/ talents?

I get louder and like to sing (much to my husband’s disappointment). 

I have been known to throw a terrible cartwheel or two and put my back or ankle out in the process!
 
Best thing about working for Paragon?

There isn't one best thing, just a combination of things that make up the best team, from office banter, great tea making (my own aside), the constant supply of treats, flexibility, and working with an incredible bunch of humans, who make Paragon my home from home and extended family. 

I'm incredibly lucky to love what I do, surrounded by people who feel the same and work towards common goals.
