The Role

Step into a role where no two days are the same, providing crucial support to Associate Directors and Directors in the administration and management of our prestigious portfolio. Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with clients, family offices, and professional advisors

  • Coordinating with aircraft and ship registries, brokers, crewing companies, and other intermediaries

  • Handling administrative tasks such as document preparation, invoicing, and payment processing

  • Ensuring meticulous maintenance of client files and assisting with annual reviews

  • Contributing to the development of company systems and procedures


About You
Ready to elevate your career in the yachting and aviation industry? Here's what we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in the Trust and Corporate Service industry, ideally with Yachting and Aviation experience

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Professional demeanour with a commitment to exceptional service

  • A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy

  • Strong time management and organisational abilities

  • Previous experience with Viewpoint software would be advantageous
