Ready to take on a dynamic role in client administration? Joining as a Client Administrator, you'll play a crucial part in managing client relationships and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The Role

As a Client Administrator, you'll handle a variety of responsibilities essential to maintaining client satisfaction and compliance:


  • Develop a clear understanding of a small portfolio of clients, including their relationships within structures and regulatory requirements

  • Respond promptly and efficiently to client requests and inquiries, adopting a solution-based approach to problem-solving

  • Maintain organised client files and produce necessary documents such as board minutes and resolutions

  • Assist in client transactions, such as asset sales or corporate changes



About You
Here's what we're looking for in our ideal candidate:

  • Part-qualified ICSA or STEP

  • Proven experience within the TCSP industry

  • Previous experience with Viewpoint software preferred
