Client Compliance Analyst, Permenent Job, Isle of Man

The Role

As a Client Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in guiding and managing the onboarding of new client relationships across the Group.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on all aspects of the onboarding process


• Attend meetings and calls to support fee earners and clients in achieving a seamless onboarding journey


• Stay updated on regulatory changes, providing guidance and updating policies accordingly


• Lead the completion of Customer Risk Assessments and manage client communication


• Conduct sanctions, adverse media, and Politically Exposed Persons assessments


• Document compliance processes to ensure consistency and support succession planning


• Provide coaching and training to colleagues, ensuring cross-skilling and cover for leave


• Collaborate with team members to promote a strong risk and compliance culture

About You

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for compliance and a collaborative mindset.

• Qualification in Risk Management, Compliance, Governance, or similar, or willingness to work towards one


• Extensive experience in client onboarding and customer due diligence


• Knowledge of corporate and trust structures and associated CDD measures


• Strong ability to analyse and mitigate financial crime risks


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels


• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and general IT systems
