- Manage day-to-day operations for a portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Provide technical advice on trust and company matters, supporting clients and internal teams
- Coordinate across departments to ensure efficient and high-quality client service
- Assist in developing new business channels and fostering client relationships
- Mentor and guide junior staff, promoting a positive and commercially aware culture
- Oversee WIP, billing, and debtor management to ensure compliance with company guidelines
About You
You are a proactive leader with strong technical skills and a passion for delivering top-tier fiduciary services
- Previous experience in financial services, with a focus on trust and company administration
- Working towards or holding a professional qualification (e.g., ICSA, STEP)
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Proven management and mentoring experience
- Strong organisational skills and commercial acumen
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications and fiduciary management software (e.g., ViewPoint, Laserfiche)
