The Role

Take ownership of a client portfolio while playing a key part in the wider administration team.


  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients, acting as their main point of contact

  • Ensure timely onboarding and ongoing due diligence in line with AML/CFT standards

  • Maintain accurate client records and support the preparation of reports

  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements

  • Provide support and mentorship to junior team members

  • Contribute to process improvements and help implement new administrative tools



About You

We are looking for an experienced administrator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for client service.


  • Proven experience in an administrative role within a regulated environment

  • Strong understanding of AML/CFT, GDPR, and compliance frameworks

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills

  • Proficient in client management systems and administrative tools

  • Team oriented mindset with a willingness to support and guide others
