- Previous experience as a business analyst within the life assurance industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Proven track record of delivering operational improvements and change initiatives
- Able to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Competent in facilitation, presenting and professional report writing
- Holds or is working towards a recognised qualification such as the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis
