Join a market leading iGaming provider as HR & Office Manager with responsibility for leading the HR function, overseeing office management, and supporting financial operations.

The Role

You will play a pivotal role in the organisations work environment, manging HR operations while shaping a positive and productive workplace culture.


  • Lead day to day HR activities ensuring compliance with local labour laws and best practices

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, evaluations, promotions, and offboarding

  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organisational goals

  • Maintain up to date HR records and databases

  • Coordinate payroll processes with internal and external teams

  • Ensure the office is well-maintained, safe and fully equipped

  • Oversee office supplies, vendors, and administrative operations

  • Organise company events, meetings, and team building activities

  • Support budget preparation and expense tracking

  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and staff reimbursements

  • Collaborate with finance on payroll and reporting

  • Maintain financial records and support audits as required



About You

You are a proactive and organised HR & Office Management professional with a knack for multitasking and making things run smoothly.


  • A Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance or a related field

  • Previous HR experience with exposure to office management and finance

  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

  • Clear and confident communication style with strong interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office and financial tools

  • Track record of setting up and managing HR functions in a growing company

  • Experience balancing strategic and hands on responsibilities

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality
