- Lead day to day HR activities ensuring compliance with local labour laws and best practices
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, evaluations, promotions, and offboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organisational goals
- Maintain up to date HR records and databases
- Coordinate payroll processes with internal and external teams
- Ensure the office is well-maintained, safe and fully equipped
- Oversee office supplies, vendors, and administrative operations
- Organise company events, meetings, and team building activities
- Support budget preparation and expense tracking
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and staff reimbursements
- Collaborate with finance on payroll and reporting
- Maintain financial records and support audits as required
About You
You are a proactive and organised HR & Office Management professional with a knack for multitasking and making things run smoothly.
- A Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance or a related field
- Previous HR experience with exposure to office management and finance
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Clear and confident communication style with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office and financial tools
- Track record of setting up and managing HR functions in a growing company
- Experience balancing strategic and hands on responsibilities
