The Role
Join a proactive Compliance Team and play a vital part in supporting regulatory operations across international businesses

• Manage the Compliance Function query mailbox and allocate or resolve queries using your initiative


• Log business-reported breaches on relevant registers


• Support Regulatory Officers to develop key skillsets and specialisms


• Review and sign off literature including UK and international financial promotions


• Compile reports and management information for International and Group functions


• Oversee the Regulatory Reporting Diary Reminder process


• Maintain vital Compliance Team registers


• Conduct regulatory horizon scanning activities


• Identify and implement process improvements to compliance procedures

About You
You will bring a sharp eye for detail and a passion for compliance to thrive in this varied and rewarding role

• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise under pressure


• Confident communicator at all levels


• Working knowledge of compliance frameworks within Governance, Risk and Compliance


• Familiarity with UK and international financial promotion rules


• Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent admin and interpersonal skills


• Willingness to learn, adapt and grow with the team
