- Review new business applications to ensure quality and compliance with AML and CTF regulations
- Process applications in line with internal procedures and service standards
- Contact financial advisers and clients to obtain outstanding documentation
- Maintain accurate records using various systems
- Apply incoming funds and handle withdrawals and surrenders

- Demonstrative experience in a new business or servicing role within investments or life assurance
- Strong communication and organisational skills
