Description

A leading provider in the financial services, is seeking a high-performing Senior Customer Services Administrator for a 6 month contract, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team supporting clients and advisers across a range of service areas.

The Role

A fast-paced support and service role within the Customer Services Team

  • Review new business applications to ensure quality and compliance with AML and CTF regulations

  • Process applications in line with internal procedures and service standards

  • Contact financial advisers and clients to obtain outstanding documentation

  • Maintain accurate records using various systems

  • Apply incoming funds and handle withdrawals and surrenders



About You

The ideal candidate will bring a customer focused mindset, regulatory awareness and strong administrative ability

  • Demonstrative experience in a new business or servicing role within investments or life assurance

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication

  • Confident in managing relationships and responding to queries effectively

  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work accurately under pressure
