- Manage benefit and contribution pension schemes
- Oversee joiners, leavers, retirements and transfers
- Ensure accuracy of member records and pension calculations
- Provide expert advice to scheme members employers and providers
- Review and prepare benefit statements and communications
- Resolve complex member queries efficiently
- Conduct audits and maintain data accuracy
- Mentor and guide junior pensions administrators
About You

- Strong numerical and analytical abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines
- In-depth knowledge of pension schemes and legislation
- Excellent understanding of GDPR and handling sensitive information
- Relevant qualifications would be advantageous
- Experience leading or mentoring team members
- Skilled in pension admin systems and Microsoft Office tools
