Ready to take the next step in your pensions career, our client is looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Senior Pensions Administrator to lead from the front and make a real impact.

The Role

Take ownership of complex pension administration and help drive process excellence

  • Manage benefit and contribution pension schemes

  • Oversee joiners, leavers, retirements and transfers

  • Ensure accuracy of member records and pension calculations

  • Provide expert advice to scheme members employers and providers

  • Review and prepare benefit statements and communications

  • Resolve complex member queries efficiently

  • Conduct audits and maintain data accuracy

  • Mentor and guide junior pensions administrators



About You

Your pensions expertise and eye for detail will ensure success in this senior-level role


  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines

  • In-depth knowledge of pension schemes and legislation

  • Excellent understanding of GDPR and handling sensitive information

  • Relevant qualifications would be advantageous

  • Experience leading or mentoring team members

  • Skilled in pension admin systems and Microsoft Office tools
