- Responding to tasks through the facilities helpdesk in a timely manner
- Conducting regular building and facilities checks and escalating non-standard issues as needed
- Assisting with compliance of environmental health and safety standards
- Supporting office moves and adhering to health and safety floor plans
- Acting as head fire marshal for the building
About You
You will bring practical skills and a proactive attitude to help keep everything running efficiently.
- Previous experience in a facilities or property maintenance role
- Practical trade experience is desirable
- Understanding of building systems and maintenance practices
- Experience with swimming pools is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Knowledge of health and safety practices with IOSH qualification preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
