The Role

A hands-on position ensuring our building runs smoothly and safely every day.


  • Responding to tasks through the facilities helpdesk in a timely manner

  • Conducting regular building and facilities checks and escalating non-standard issues as needed

  • Assisting with compliance of environmental health and safety standards

  • Supporting office moves and adhering to health and safety floor plans

  • Acting as head fire marshal for the building



About You

You will bring practical skills and a proactive attitude to help keep everything running efficiently.


  • Previous experience in a facilities or property maintenance role

  • Practical trade experience is desirable

  • Understanding of building systems and maintenance practices

  • Experience with swimming pools is an advantage

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

  • Knowledge of health and safety practices with IOSH qualification preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
