Ready to kick start your career in a prestigious finance environment? Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Junior Trust and Company Administrator to join their dynamic team
The Role
Get stuck in with a variety of administrative tasks supporting high net worth client portfolios

  • Processing new business documentation under instruction

  • Carrying out administrative duties to assigned deadlines

  • Scanning, filing, processing receipts and payments, preparing letters and client invoicing

  • Assisting with preparation and filing of statutory documents

  • Providing support to the team manager and colleagues in managing client portfolios



About You
You are eager to learn, organised and ready to thrive in a team environment

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills

  • A team player able to engage with colleagues at all levels

  • Ideally educated to A level or degree standard with relevant office experience

  • Willingness to pursue a professional qualification such as STEP or Governance Institute
