Looking to make a real impact on how things work This is an exciting opportunity to improve operational performance and customer outcomes through smart process design and innovation.

The Role

Be the driving force behind process transformation and digital integration across key business functions.


  • Review current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement using data and MI insights

  • Redesign and optimise processes to streamline workflows reduce waste and focus on first-point resolution

  • Identify opportunities for digital and robotic process automation to boost productivity

  • Work closely with teams to document updated procedures and support rollout across the business

  • Own and deliver broker dashboarding with timely reporting of key account data such as AUM and in-flight transactions

  • Collaborate with IT Operations and Relationship Management to improve communication at key transaction points

  • Champion innovation and support the delivery of exceptional customer and business outcomes



About You

A detail-focused process thinker with the drive to lead change and create better ways of working.


  • Previous experience in financial services in a process or operational improvement role

  • Strong understanding of risk and compliance in a regulated environment

  • IT Business degree or relevant qualification

  • Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement certification

  • Skilled in documenting and analysing business processes

  • Comfortable using MI to support process reviews and decision making

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Proactive approach with a positive mindset and a can-do attitude
